CBD 101
Short for cannabidiol, CBD is a compound derived from the cannabis plant. Unlike its counterpart, THC, it does not possess any psychoactive properties or cause a “high”. Instead, CBD provides therapeutic benefits by regulating various physiological processes in the body like pain interception, mood boost, and immune function. Research suggests it may even have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. We think of CBD as one of Felhö’s superpowers. You can enjoy its benefits in our oils, tinctures, capsules, and topicals to start feeling your best, inside and out.
What the heck is CBN?
Short for cannabinol, CBN is a cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. A natural byproduct of THC oxidation, it is typically found in older cannabis flowers or plants that have been exposed to air or light for an extended period of time. Often known for its mildly sedative properties, CBN is frequently associated with relaxation and sleep, and may have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antibacterial properties. We think of CBN as our chief R&R officer, and pair it with CBD in some of our oil and tincture products for the ultimate relaxation experience.
Did you say CB...G?
Short for cannabigerol, CBG is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. Often referred to as the “mother cannabinoid” as it’s an essential precursor to the others, CBG is typically present in lower concentrations compared to THC and CBD. Research suggests it may have therapeutic properties including anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and neuroprotective effects, plus can combat bacteria and appetite. While research is still in development, we think the benefits of CBG will leave you saying OMG in the best way possible.

We are using USPS and UPS for domestic orders.
Do you ship international?
Unfortunately, we only ship domestically.
What are shipping times?
We have daily services to all major cities around the US, delivery time is usually 1-5 business days. If you are a business doing a wholesale/bulk order, then we will ship depending on where you are located, we will ship from the nearest office location.
Where is my order shipped from?
Most of the B2B orders are shipped from our main warehouse located in California.
What do I do If my parcel is lost?
We always use signature confirmation upon delivery to prevent lost or stolen packages.
If a package is not delivered, please call your local office of the shipping company (USPS/UPS) for immediate assistance before contacting our customer support to claim a package loss.
Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 48 hours of the date of delivery.
Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping company and/or exclusion from our return/exchange policy.

Where is my order?
After you place your order, you should have received an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us along with your tracking information, and further tracking information will be available through the shipping carrier’s website (USPS/UPS).

What is your return policy?
If you purchased a Felhö product at a retail outlet, then we would refer you back to your place of purchase.
If you purchased from Felhö directly, we will redirect you to your representative whom you purchased from.
What methods of payment are accepted?
For all online orders, we accept credit cards.
For all other orders, we accept wire transfers, company checks, money orders, or cash at one of our fulfillment offices.
